Ridiculously long wait inside exam room (one hour and a half). Doctors and staff are unorganized. Doctors, nurses and staff do not explain anything properly and don't take the time to review your case before seeing you. Scheduled me for an appointment and didn't even know why I was there when I went for that appointment. The doctor only spent only a few minutes with me each time I've gone. Referred me to another very poorly rated physician.
My past experiences with Thomas Medical Associates have been pleasant ones. The staff is friendly and helpful. If there was an issue I needed help on the staff went out of their way to help. This Northeast clinic has been around for years and their new location on 4774 Loma Del Sur is beautifully done.
