Thomas Med Assoc staff is abhorrent. Dr. Pete Natividad's great service was the only reason this company deserves a 1 Star, had it not been for the dreadful service Jeanenne continued to give me this company would have received additional stars. Jeanenne the Operator should be fired, she doesn't listen proir to being transferred. I continued to tell her that the voicemail box was full and she would not stop tranferring me.
