My experience with Thomas Mechanical was fantastic. I had just moved to a new residence and had an error code come up. Thomas Mechanical came out the same day within a few hours. Cody was the technician, and he was simply wonderful. Very careful and thorough in how he worked, and took the time to explain the systems in my new home. I couldn't have been happier with the service.

I highly recommend this company! Ben from the service team came out within 12 hours of my call. He was incredibly professional, arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC unit, and replaced the faulty part. Excellent and fast service!
