Kept calling me 'sweetheart'. Didn't ask for consent before touching. Told me I was the worst case he's seen in someone so young, which gave me anxiety. Prescribed pain pills and muscle relaxer as well physical therapy. and said that's all I could do. Already contacted Rush about it
Dr Mcgivney operated fusion surgery on my lower back in July 2024 . Since then i have not able to do anything, pain getting worse and worse and his not answering any questions regarding the pain i have. he did not take any responsibility for what he did ,in middle of recovery in few months after surgery He discharged me. and his nurs just push me to go to pain management clinic to be on narcotic medication. i went to see another dr to get second opinion and found out dr Mcgivney surgery had been failed and he keeps ignoring ... read more
Dr Thomas McGivney replaced 2 bulging disks in my neck that a month of aggressive physical therapy did nothing to improve. He laid out risks and options, answered all my questions, and didn't pressure me into anything. Because of my age, he recommended replacements rather than a cage, and explained why.
