I was rear ended by their client and their claims adjuster is giving me a hard time. When I told him That I’m not signing the General Release he started being hateful and started threatening me. His tone of voice changed when I said I won’t sign the general release. My car is ready and yet no word from them when they are paying the body shop where my car is.
