Dr. McDonald is amazing! The only problem I had was when I walked in the lady at the front. Was very rude and on her phone.
My first appointment with Dr. McDonald was fine—nothing exceptional, but acceptable. Unfortunately, the overall experience with this office quickly declined from there. The front office staff consistently came across as disengaged and uninterested, as if patients were an inconvenience. The only people who treated us with genuine care and respect were one nurse practitioner (Julianna), the lab technician, and the ultrasound tech. Wonderful office! Staff is very friendly and office is clean. Dr. Thomas took his time, didn’t rush, and answered all the questions I had.
