My first appointment with Dr. McDonald was fine—nothing exceptional, but acceptable. Unfortunately, the overall experience with this office quickly declined from there. The front office staff consistently came across as disengaged and uninterested, as if patients were an inconvenience. The only people who treated us with genuine care and respect were one nurse practitioner (Julianna), the lab technician, and the ultrasound tech. Amazing staff & Caring Physician!!
Wonderful office! Staff is very friendly and office is clean. Dr. Thomas took his time, didn’t rush, and answered all the questions I had.
I love this place Dr.McDonald makes me feel at ease It's so nice not to have to go out of town he acts like he cares about you and what you are going thru I feel comfortable with him so thankful to find this office
Unfortunately, the bad reviews are Truth. I found out first hand. There are better doctors out there—you just have to look for them. Arrogant, disrespectful. Not fit to practice. Why is this allowed to continue??
