Went through inguinal surgery. Dr. Vara explained the surgery accurately. Took care of post operative pain. He is very caring and so is his staff at office and Taylor Station surgical center.
HE IS VERY KIND AND EXPLAINED MY DISEASE THOROUGHLY. HE EXPLAINED WHO THE SURGERY WOULD BE DONE AND POSSIBLE COMPLICATIONS. THIS WAS THE EASIEST SURGERY I HAVE EVER HAD. HE WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT ME NOT HAVING ANY AFTER AFFECTS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
Dr Vara performed a hernia surgery on me and the experience was terrible! If they ask you if you want to take a survey say yes. I told them no and i guess that was my first mistake. Vara basically cut me in half and I was not given anything but liquid tylenol and ibuprofin beforehand. When i came out of surgery with basically no pain meds given i thought i was going to die the pain was so bad. I was given norco and nothing stronger. Vara does not care about his patients well being at all!
Great guy and very good manner. He explained everything well and provided a good experience.
Dr. Vara is kind and compassionate. Not only that but he did a great job on my surgery. He did my gallbladder surgery two weeks ago and I have healed really well. His staff were extremely nice, both on the office and at the surgery center. Highly recommend.
Very kind and caring. Explains in detail any procedures. Dr. Vara's pre and post surgery bedside manner is exemplary.
