Watching the trial also. He's bullying the witnesses. I understand he's a defensive attorney but his approach is not the way to go. Obviously his client is guilty. He should have went with a different approach instead of acting like his client.
I’m watching the Gerhardt trial and I can’t believe how much his lawyer cuts him off, interrupts and repeats his client’s statement then turning it into a question. I hope he’s cheap
