This is the 2nd time I've seen Dr. M. He is very kind, & doesn't rush me & is patient & reassuring.
I would not be surprised to learn that the next two reviews were written by his office. After sitting in on my wife’s visit I know she will never go back.
This person seemed kind at first, but failed to resolve my condition of a 'common wart' inside my nasal cavity. On the contrary, his practice made my situation worse. His is skilled at charging fees for everything, yet refuse to take responsibility for the consequences of their own practice.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Thomas M. Magardino—his care was nothing short of life-saving. From the very first appointment, he brought an unmatched level of expertise, calm, and genuine compassion. Dr. Magardino not only listened intently but took immediate action, identifying and addressing a serious issue that could have easily gone undiagnosed. His attention to detail, depth of knowledge in ENT care, and ability to explain everything in a clear, reassuring way gave me total confidence throughout the process.
While the Doctor is personable, he didn’t perform a surgery to correct my deviated septum properly. I had a cat scan 6 mos. later due to it being worse, not better. My deviated septum WAS NOT FIXED. He also missed a diagnosis of LPR and pre-cancer in the vocal chords. Could not get back in for appointment after cat scan report. Have now switched doctors who found the issues I have suffered with since January 2016.
