Run, don’t walk from him. He talks a good piece, saying he’s an expert master carpenter. Yet, he does no work himself. He makes a mountain out of a mole hill, and repeats himself constantly. Gave me a written estimate, then when done increased the price with no reasonable explanation. He does absolutely no work, and hires people who do not speak English, so there’s no ability to communicate. All he does is gab and smells of cigar tobacco.
