I have been a patient at this practice for years. Never any problems. I called Wednesday morning for a refill on high blood pressure medication that I was almost out of. Left a very detailed message that I was running out. Friday morning called the pharmacy and nothing. I called the Drs office to see what the problem was. My chart had been noted by Kristyn the NP that I needed a visit and bloodwork. I had very recently been there. Dr Jones is an excellent doctor. I have been a patient for several years. He listens well and highly knowledgeable. Great bedside manner.
Friendly service for the most part post covid. Masks are still required at this time. Dr. Jones himself is very straight forward, honest and genuinely nice.
I get to my appointment 10 minutes early and they tell me i was supposed to be there 30 minutes early for the first time. Some 18 year old kid can't explain why. A complete joke, a disgusting DMV entrance, you'd receive a better treatment at the welfare clinic. Don't waste your time
