I love Dr.Cosgriff yes sometimes you have to wait because he is a doctor that will listen to all your concerns I love him and the staff and we have to understand if you get diagnosed with cancer you have a lot of questions and he listens and tries to answer any concerns you are your family might have be patient and be polite I promise it will be worth it !
