I don’t know if this place is running some type of scam but I have no idea what office this is!! Never been in my life nor got a bill but somehow they have been on my credit for years holding my score hostage and they keep re-reporting it!! It’s actually 2 bills they claim I have
I don’t remember seeing Doctor Thomas M. Carr in 2018. According to this text message I seen him in 02/12/2018. I had no insurance at the time. I’m tired of having people calling me and texting me about bills and trying to get my bank information. I don’t know you Dr.Carr.

This Dr is a scam I have never been here before and they are saying I owe $630 never been here a day in my life. Waiting on the police to catch the scammer.
I have a medical bills over thousands of dollars and I never been to this man before my credit called 3 weeks ago a lady said she could help me and send a letter in a mail saying I don’t owe anything n still nothing in the mail , I been calling and calling trying to get answers and no one saying they never had any dealings with him . I can’t get no luck or answers .
