I used tom a while back when i had a problem with my mothers trust. he was great, he was at court when he was supposed to be, his fees were reasonable and did everything he said he would. i would recommed him highly.
Board Certified Trial lawyer is a must !!! I had the unfortunate reason to hire a lawyer for a case in Florida. BEWARE: THIS MAN IS PATHETICALLY USELESS AND THIS EXPERIENCE WAS PAINFUL WASTE OF HARD EARNED DOLLARS: Sadly Mr. Bates office was contacted to reschedule a missed court date that was cancelled due to Hurricane Irma when he initially stated, “if you want a Tiger fighting on your behalf then I am your Guy,” which would be extremely laughable if he hadn’t tried reaching in my pockets.
