He worked on my daughter first who was 5 and while working on her, had her in tears and he didn't stop. When it came time for my three yr old son, he started crying and (im not even going to give him the DR. title) LUDWIG yelled at him telling him to stop his freaking crying and grow up! Him and I went rounds, then he went out back and through a temper tantrum. I told the front lady that I better not get a bill for this and she stated "happens all the time" are you serious???
My experience with Dr. Ludwig was he was simply apathetic towards our concerns. Front desk and assistants were great but the dismissiveness of our questions from Dr. Ludwig were infuriating. Will not be going back and do not recommend.
