Very unresponsive when I hired him on my case. Promised a lot and delivered nothing, and not bc of bad luck but because of the non effort he put in my case, I’m pretty sure I would’ve gotten better results defending myself as a young adult. Pretty sure he took a vacation during my case and said his absence was due to family. Didnt show up to my DMV hearing either and I lost my license. A couple years ago I had a restraining order put out against me. Everything on the order was a lie and we had more then sufficient evidence to win the case. I had never been in trouble with the law and when I gave Tom a call he made me feel at ease. As the court date got closer I called Tom Loversky with questions no answer. Texted him no response.
