I visited here yesterday for breast screening and I was astounded by how efficient the whole process was. Everyone was so kind and friendly despite how much pressure they must be under. The building itself was impeccable, signs clearly marking where you need to go. We were in and out within an hour or so and they did a VERY thorough job. I felt respected and understood, and didn't feel rushed. Thank you all.
Excellent service great things
Waited over a month for the dept to contact me with an appointment. I had to chase them. Booking line on nhs app states lines open at 8am. Its actually 9am. Woman on the booking line patronising & obnoxious. Referral waiting times absolutely ridiculous. 1 year & thats for urgent cases . Delays are excessive. NHS is failing massively.
I made an error with my bloods appointment, I spoke with the bloods receptionist David, asked for his advice and he sorted it for me. What a gentleman - Thank You
Very disappointed. The one who calling patient don't behave good with me.my appointment time 12 am so i wait nearly 40 minutes its not good she call me at the end of all
