Spoke to Mr Griffith about my civil case and he said he would be more than willing to take my case IF a check we had teceived from our neighbor's insurance company was NOT a final payment for damages. I found out that it was NOT the final payment and called his office and then was told he doesn't want to take our case. What I received in return was over three years of delay, negligence, and procedural errors -- all of which I can verify with documented emails and court records.
