Let me start out by saying I have used them many times in the past. We had Richard Thomas give us an estimate to plant 2 new Hollys just like the ones we already had that came from Thomas years ago so they would match. They sent out an estimate to replace them and we went ahead with the work. When we went outside to look at the completed work, we noticed it’s not the same color or type of Holly we ordered. Thomas installed a beautiful patio for us. They looked at our space and listened to our thoughts and came up with an amazing design. The workers were polite and efficient. We couldn't be happier.
I had work done by Thomas in October. I have a letter from them explicitly stating the work to be done. One of the workers stated a sidewalk light was broken and I needed to inform the office which I did. Another worker said they needed a machine to remove the roots of a plant. It never was used. Now I have that plant growing again as well as day lillies which were to be removed. I’ve made several trips to the office to fix all this.
