Dr. Yan is a very personable and knowledgable guy. I never met a Dr. before who seemed so down to earth. He and his staff sure every single question I had was answered, and told me to call if I come up with more questions. The staff is very friendly and professional. He explained my issue, went over treatment options and then proceeded to fix me up, good as new. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
