My son's mothers health was terminal and his stepfather was in the hospital for his own health reasons periodically. My sons appointments with the Dr was cancelled or missed due to his mom had passed away and i was unaware of any Dr appointments. My son has special needs and the Drs receptionist said that they wouldnt resume seeing my son. They didnt care what the circumstances were going on, they didnt want to hear it.
