Dr. Jones has been my primary physician for over 10 years. I became his patient after my MD of 25+ years retired. I can't say enough about the care I have received from him. He listens to my concerns, asks pertinent questions, and always includes me in the decision making process. He has been most responsive to all my inquiries and will explain in detail any questions I might have. I trust him to guide me through any issues I might have. He's an intelligent and caring physician.
The front desk is very disrespectful and have 0 customer service.
Will not return messages sent called numerous times to get referral did not answer or care if you died would not refer him to b a primary doctor
My longer review was left on the main Lebauer page. I gotta be honest Lebauer/Cone left feeling hopeless, unheard, and uncared about with every encounter. My second appointment with Jones (and the incorrect referral he sent) made me almost completely give up any effort to get better. "You don't remember being in the hospital?"
