HORRIBLE customer service. Dr Rollins was great and caring but the front desk receptionist Lyndsey was RUDE, SHORT, DISMISSIVE & UNCARING. I had discussed a dental plan with the Dr & bc she told me they could charge me WHATEVER THEY WANT bc I'm out of network I declined to go back. I had a deep cleaning & 2 teeth extracted for $2500. I have to pay $1700 OOP & you'd think she'd be a little more sensitive to our finances and concerns especially since we had a plan to do more things. Just like many people, I have always had bad experiences with dentists. This company was the best hands down out of the 44 years I’ve been alive that I’ve seen. Such a comforting and supportive environment and the doctors and staff are extremely professional and friendly. Thank you guys!!!
This company is misleading and deceiving. They billed my insurance company for $250 for a 30 min consultation and now have sent me to collections over another $350 pertaining to the same consultation. Go to SWOSA for any periodontal work. The doctor is much better than Bradley.
Over the course of a year, I had four gum surgeries by Dr. Thomas Bradshaw. Two were connective tissue grafts and two were free gingival grafts. Thanks to Dr. Bradshaw's expertise, every one of my surgeries went perfectly with no complications. I experienced no pain during any of the surgeries and each graft (the graft site and harvest area) healed well within two weeks. Dr Rollins did an excellent job with my periodontal procedure. I was very comfortable and the staff is friendly! Dr. Rollins explained everything very well and made me feel at ease. The procedure was much easier and less painful than I expected. A few days after my procedure, Dr. Rollins called me and made sure I was doing ok.
