Dr Bradshaw was the first periodontist I’ve seen in the last ten years who was able to accurately diagnose my issues and provide a treatment plan that’s well within budget. PLUS he took all the time needed to explain everything in detail, with pictures, in terms that I totally understand. I’m very impressed and highly recommend him and his staff. Thank you to God for moving me to the St George area so I could meet Dr Bradshaw!!!

Do not allow treatment before getting a 2nd opinion. I ended up paying 100% out of pocket for expensive procedures that were NOT needed, according to my dentist. I was verbally told that my insurance would cover procedures which were denied. Periodontal Specialists will not tell you that your insurance won't cover their work, and then will harass you for additional costs afterwards. Please stay away!

I had a poor experience with Dr. Echols and his staff. I found his staff rude and deceptive in their billing practices. When I asked Dr Echols a question about my surgical procedure he laughed at me in a way that felt belittling. I felt a complete lack of care from their office. I went to see a different periodontist in town and had a great experience.

Bad experience at Periodontal Specialists. First off, no one told me there was a $94 fee for the consultation. The front office girl was super rude and basically laughed at me when I was shocked this was happening. Had a consult with Dr Echols for a gum graft and he was not friendly at all and wasn’t a good listener. I definitely will NOT be coming back here ever again.
