Tom and his son Eric are terrific. We have used Thomas Klein Plumbing for over a decade. They are always reliable, professional, and do the job right. Our hot water heater went down. We left a message, and the next day Eric called , took down all the info, and came prepared with a replacement water heater. In under 24 hours we were back up and running. We can't say enough about how much we have appreciated their services over the years. It is nice to have that peace of mind.

Tom take my call off hours and was able to fit me in the next morning for an emergency water heater replacement. Tom and Eric were there on time and had the job done in a couple hours. Always my first choice for my plumbing needs.

Needed emergency repair for walk-in shower critical for care of disabled family member. Called at 2, Tom and Eric were there by 4, shower fixed by 4:30. Another example of the outstanding service Klein plumbing has provided to us for many years. Can't thank them enough.

They weren’t responsive, didn’t resolve the issue, and called 2 weeks later to see if they could come back to replace the septic caps. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
