The provider requested my basic info such as medication list and age before being seen and becoming established. After information was sent along with medical history the provider didn’t respond back and gave no reasoning. I waited two days. Feel like I was discriminated against especially knowing that I’m also 7 months pregnant. Some dr need to not judge based on diagnosis, age and health history.
Dr Kay has been my concierge primary care doctor for years now , I couldn’t imagine going back to a traditional Dr in a box platform . His care and treatment are well above standard care practices and he makes it easy and no waiting around time either !
