Dr Tkach (Thomas), always takes the time to answer all of my questions, listens to concerns, and gives advice on how to proceed, without making me feel pressured. He and his staff are professional, from the front desk, to the X-ray techs, to the PAs.
A-OK! No, not just "okay," but rather EXCELLENT. Knowledge, ease of communication, attentive listening, careful explanation of details of care... all A+.
He seemed nice. Saw him for maybe a minute. Didn’t address my other hip after looking at both X-rays. Only looked at 1 hip even tho I told him about my left hip also. Appt was for 11:15. They said arrive 30 min early. Waited 2 hours to see him. If he would have acted like he he had the time for me and asked about my other hip, it may have made up for the outrageous wait time. Woman at check-in was loud and rude to me.
