Easy as always, we have been clients for many years, never a problem always pleasant and his fes are reasonable but appointments are very important he is really busy
I had some follow up concerns after I left his office, which looked as though something may have been overlooked by him. He emailed, "It appeared to me that you were trying to get additional services without payment I don't have time for that." I went into complete shock! It would have been helpful "if" he had divulged to me the legal aspects of his work, before I left his office. I’ve had Patrice do my taxes for the last Three years and she has always been reasonable, very, very friendly and communicative, such a caring individual and she is great with doing taxes. She’s very professional and works hard and will get you the most money back possible that you deserve. Worth every penny spent. I won’t go to anyone else to do my taxes
bad customer service, secretary was odd and rude, asked the same annoying questions.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Thomas K. Porta has been the worst trustee imaginable and has completely failed in his fiduciary duties. He has withheld my distributions for months, despite the fact that I depend on them for basic living expenses. Instead of acting in my best interest, he has threatened to use my own trust funds against me to pay for lawyers.
