My husband was referred to the Jones Center for treatment for a serious health condition. He waited for two months. I called them and was told "you don't have to call us, we will call you to schedule an appointment". Two ER visits later (related to his health issue) and we still cannot get an appointment. I don't know if this office is waiting for the patients to die off of the waiting list or what. I finally called an endocrinologist in the ATL area and they scheduled him an appointment that day. Trying to get appointment for over 3 months. Two drs have tried to get me seen! No response no call back and rude! This is no way to run a medical office. Wondering what the drs know about this? If the office staff manager isn't doing their job!

This place is horrible. Just plain horrible. It took over 8 weeks just to get a call back from my referral. I contacted them after a month and kept getting told "can take up to x amounts of weeks". When I would follow up after those weeks exceeded the front desk was completely rude about it and mentioned "you are not the only patient". I am well aware. Not making this about me. I moved a few months ago and I have been trying to establish care. My doctor sent a referral over weeks ago and I have tried to call the office to schedule, or just talk about scheduling and they have been rude every time and told me that they will call me when they are ready and then hung up without even trying to help me. I have tried leaving messages for the referral line and the office manager and no one calls me back. I have never had a worse experience trying to get care.
