I had I hopes Dr. Thomas would be able to resolve my concerns. I chose to see him because his reviews were outstanding. From the point of obtaining my MRI to the point of f/u care and scheduling my surgery is where things took a turn for the worse. It took a month and multiple calls to his office staff at Stric South Texas Radiology to enquire as to why I was not receiving a call back to schedule my surgery.
