Thomas was our realtor towards the end of 2024 and found us our dream home just before Christmas! The whole journey working with him with stress free and his knowledge and experience helped get us the house we wanted at the price we wanted! Whenever I hear a friend mentioning wanting to buy a home we always recommend Thomas every time! Thanks again!!!!
Thomas is awesome! We worked with him in late 2025 and early 2026 to look for and purchase our house. As first time home buyers, he was eager to answer all of our questions and made a great effort to be available for house tours. We knew nothing about the housing market and buying process, but Thomas made the experience approachable and fun!
We were buying a house in the Madison area while living in Illinois. Thomas was a huge help in handling some things locally for us so we didn’t have to always make the commute. He was always readily available to answer any questions we had and a true pleasure to work with!
Thomas was fantastic! He truly made a very stressful endeavor a fun and enjoyable experience. Super easy to work with, unfailingly kind, and very flexible, Thomas was incredibly responsive and we always felt like a priority. We had a tight timeline and Thomas made it happen for us. Would highly recommend to anyone, but especially families - our toddler was a big fan :)
Thomas is an excellent realtor, and Stark has done a good job on multiple transactions for us now. Thomas was highly responsive and very flexible with accommodating our needs for hunting (which we did aggressively) and throughout selling of our old home - he handled both smoothly. He's a joy to work with also - a real partner vs the transactional relationship I've heard about with other realtors from others. I highly recommend him and will plan to work with Thomas again in the future if we move!
