I can't recommend Thomas enough! My grandmother and I worked with Thomas late last year to sell her home. Thomas was there every step of the way providing insights and expertise related to updates, staging, pricing, and best time to list. He was patient, supportive, and incredibly responsive. We couldn't have had a better experience - and with Thomas's expertise, my grandmother sold her house quickly and above asking!
Thomas was our realtor towards the end of 2024 and found us our dream home just before Christmas! Thomas is awesome! We worked with him in late 2025 and early 2026 to look for and purchase our house. As first time home buyers, he was eager to answer all of our questions and made a great effort to be available for house tours. We knew nothing about the housing market and buying process, but Thomas made the experience approachable and fun!
We were buying a house in the Madison area while living in Illinois. Thomas was a huge help in handling some things locally for us so we didn’t have to always make the commute. He was always readily available to answer any questions we had and a true pleasure to work with!
