We were under contract with TJH for a house in Denver. When we had viewed it, absolutely nothing was disclosed about the ground water issue. We were told just part of the back fence was left to do and the home was otherwise ready to move in. It was only AFTER we went under contract that 10 days later the president of the Pacific NW region called me saying there was a ground water issue and they would not be able to close. I live next door to a project that TJH is doing. It has been awful and Lance Holmstrom has not replied to many of our concerns. Now my drive way concrete was broken and I have emails that address it with Lance. I have been trying to contact him with no luck. They were going to fix it but now I guess they just do not care. They have been the worst. They have a sign on their fence about how they have community respect, that is a joke. So, I guess I am left to hire a lawyer. I would not buy a house from them and if you see them... read more
