Our first experience with TJ & his office started put great. We were referred to him from a family member. The process seemed easy enough. Then there was a hiccup we found later on & we are still trying to get resolved. We have left numerous messages & still have not been called back. Months of calls & today were told he has retired. Apparently we need to hire another attorney to fix the headache he hasn't completed. Hopefully there aren't others left with issues pending. Was closing attorney for real estate sale. Horrible experience.... Didn't effectively communicate with the other attorneys office. My wife and I took time off of work to come in and sign everything a week before closing. Was reassured multiple times that we did everything. Day of closing 4pm I called asking questions because no wire transfer received... No one could find my file. Then, I drove there and showed up in person. Beth and Becky did not have a clue on how to close my client. On top of that communication was not great. They had my client send closing documents 3 times for simple mistakes made by the firm. They almost dropped the ball on the deal. Becky is rude and obnoxious. Whenever I tried to communicate she was very rude and defensive. On top of that they change the commission without my permission and issued me the wrong amount on commission. My client did end up mailing what she wasn't charged for and they did not communicate that... read more
