I had an amazing experience with Dr. Teenier and the entire staff! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I was very anxious about my procedure, but they went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. If unprofessionalism could be a place, it's this one. So since April, my wisdom teeth have been becoming an issue-- hurting, shifting my teeth and so forth. Me and a parent come in roughly early June for a consultation and the doctor comes in telling us whats up. Basically they need to be removed which isn't a surprise. The whole interaction, however, was really.. arrogant and too know-it-all for a doctor. He goes on about how i'm getting bullied for my teeth getting removed?? It took somebody days to get back to me after multiple calls and I was immediately refused and was denied any sort of explanation even though my insurance was covering everything and a had a referral
Dr. Thomas J. Teenier is absolutely amazing. I can count 10+ people that I have referred to his office and everyone was very pleased with his skill and professionalism. Highly recommend.
