Experienced a very painful leg injury in the Old Forge, NY area. Walked in to the HC in town. Was treated amazing great by the entire staff. From check-in to discharge, front desk to nurses, from diagnosis to treatment plan by Doc Socash. All were 5 star. Very impressed and thankful.
He listens and answers questions in English, not doctor gargin. Staff pleasant as well. I drive almost 2 hours 1 way to see him.

We happen to be out of town. Our 17 month old had drainage from her ears and she was in pain. We walked in 2pm on a Friday. You figure they would have emergency walk in appointment seeming it's a vacation town. My daughter crying and all they could reply was"there is nothing we can do, you can go to urgent care in Utica." I'm sitting there in awe.... We had to pack up and go 2.5 hours home for ear infection medication. Shortened our only family vacation of 2018....
