Outstanding physician! He is in a league of his own. Highly intelligent well trained doctor!
My wife had to endoscopy procedures which went well; we were told that Dr Shireman would call us with the results in2 to 3 days; after 3 days we called and left a message asking for the results; after 2 more days we called again and a nurse read the report to us and when we asked to explain the results, she had no clue She just added thay my wife had a referral to a surgeon at KU but she did not know why; so we finally had an appointment with a PA 3 days later which went well.
Great one on one consulting. He goes a great ways to help you understand everything about your issue.
I had my first ever colonoscopy at NKC Hospital Pavilion July 2019. I knew I did not want to use a surgery center (to many horror stories), and wanted it done at a hospital. I picked Dr. Shireman from the info I found on the web. I checked reviews, comments, years of experience etc... & had it done at NKC Hospital Pavilion. He was excellent.
