My husband died 3.5 years ago and I hired Tom to represent me. He does not reply to his clients! For 2 months I have been calling him and texting him! He doesn’t read my text or return the numerous calls and voicemails I have left. He literally provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! He simply does not care about you as a person or client!!
