Yeah this guy clearly doesn't respect peoples time. Booked an appointment with this guy two weeks ago just for him to reschedule last minute. Then when I do reschedule, I GET CONSTANT reminders to show up 15 minutes early for my appointment only for this guy to have me waiting 20 minutes after our scheduled appt. Not sure why this guy thinks he can be unprofessional with me. Probably saw my name and figured I aint worth the time.
Summit health is a disgrace. Stay away.
Dr Mueller kept me well informed along the way from the early days of PSA monitoring to the time it came to make the decision as to which procedure to have. I felt very comfortable with him and the decision. I would recommend him to anyone.
Cancelled my husbands vasectomy 3 times. When we asked what seems to be the issue with all of the cancellations (with one weeks notice none the less) the receptionist was extremely snarky and told us to “ask the dr”.
I would and do highly recommend Dr. Mueller! He listens and fully understood what I was experiencing as a menopausal women and treated my symptoms and got me back on a good track and I am so grateful that I made that first initial visit with him. He really cares about his patients.
