Scheduled an appointment here for a day, just so happen I went there and they said it was for the Monday prior. Heard loud and clear the 12th at 3 even called them a second time just to make sure it was at 3pm and they said yes the 12th at 3. So I get there and they say it was the Monday prior?!? No call to me on that Monday when I “didn't show up”. Horrible service there no communication at the desk took a day off work just for this, wasted day. If I could put 0/5 stars I would. Update: At this point I've changed primary care physicians. Your physician could be the best doctor in the world, but when you don't get any follow up for months after doing tests with actionable results it's pointless. Dr. Malvar himself is a great Primary Care Physician. My issues stem with the lack of follow up from the front office (specifically the nursing staff) on a consistent basis. Every time I've been to the office I have follow up things to do - sleep study, blood work, etc. I have these tests done only for there ... read more

I call to schedule an appointment. I press three regarding automated message. But nobody gets back to me and if they do it’s takes a week or more. I’m planning to find another doctor. They hire An obnoxious ill mannered LPN named Tracy That has absolutely no social skills. That’s going to make circumstances much much worse. Sometimes you pay for your poor choices
