Update: At this point I've changed primary care physicians. Your physician could be the best doctor in the world, but when you don't get any follow up for months after doing tests with actionable results it's pointless. Dr. Malvar himself is a great Primary Care Physician. My issues stem with the lack of follow up from the front office (specifically the nursing staff) on a consistent basis. I call to schedule an appointment. I press three regarding automated message. But nobody gets back to me and if they do it’s takes a week or more. I’m planning to find another doctor. They hire An obnoxious ill mannered LPN named Tracy That has absolutely no social skills. That’s going to make circumstances much much worse. Sometimes you pay for your poor choices
