I never leave bad reviews, but this one was earned. I called because our tankless hot water heater was not getting hot enough. I was given an appointment two days away, which was great. The tech finish the job and said we were all set. Within two hours we had cold water again. I called the company right away and left a message saying the problem was not solved. They sent someone out the next day who replaced a part and fixed the problem. No big deal. My issue came when we received the bill. We were charged for two separate s... read more
