I am giving a 3 only because Dr Hong is great and he alone would get 5 stars. However the office staff needs a lot of improvement. I saw Dr Hong 2 weeks ago and he order spinal injections. The scheduler was trying to get approval at the wrong facility and only after I called and corrected it did it get sent to approval at the correct facility . I have spoken with the schedular and the office manager who promised to return calls and never did. THE STAFF would get a zero if I could.
Dr. He is so compassionate and an excellent physician.

When I reached out to Dr. Hong, I was hopping for the best solution for my back pain. I was impressed on how quickly he determined my problem. Dr. Hong is definitely an expert in pain management because he is straight forward, honest, and direct. I don’t like to spend all day at the doctor’s office talking about my day, SO Highly recommended if you are looking for someone who truly knows what he is doing without wasting ur time .
Dr Hong is very knowledgable and explains the procedure well. He cares about patients. Office is too busy but it is just like any other pain management clinic. No complains.
