Absolutely horrendous office staff and follow-up. They couldn’t care less about their patience and ensuing that they follow through. Also, what they offer doesn’t appear to be something that actually helps people with their pain and just a cash grab for a temporary fix so they continue to get people to do pointless procedures. They play on peoples actual pain and hope for relief and then don’t deliver. Please go somewhere else if you have a choice.
I have been under Dr. Hong’s care for about 4 years . His whole staff is professional, friendly? Knowledgeable and above all have great respected bed side manners . Luis @ Liam fit the team perfectly.
Great bedside manner, very caring & doesn’t rush your visit, timely appointments & you don’t have to wait forever just to be seen. Staff is very friendly & welcoming.
