Dr. Hong has been such a blessing. From the minute we first met he listened intently, heard all my concerns, and immediately made a plan. I have been living with constant pain for two years. There are only 2 doctors that I trust completely and Dr Hong is one of them. He listens (I mean really listens!). He's extremely knowledgeable & really cares about his patients. His office is efficient & his staff is very pleasant. You will rarely wait more than a few minutes for your appt. He's the best at what he does and has really improved my quality of life.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hong for a long time. Dr. Hong and his entire staff are always pleasant and kind. I never have trouble scheduling an appointment or have extremely long wait times at my office visits. I have been seen by Dr. Hong, Dr. Lian, and NP Lucas Lopez. All three are very concerned for my well-being. Lately I've been seeing NP Lucas. He is a wealth of knowledge and very patient. I visited this office twice for injections and had a great experience with Dr. Hong. He was knowledgeable, professional, and the reason I returned. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was frustrating. Scheduling appointments and even getting established as a new patient was extremely difficult. Calling the office wasn't an option because the phones were never answered—you have to communicate by text, which I found unusual.
