I didn't have to wait forever and a day. Listened and the Dr asked a lot of questions. Unusual for me I'm used to hearing. Well I just don't know if I can do anything else for you. This Dr is not out for $$ in my opinion he does care, hard to find these days. Usually in and out like cattle. Instead he takes care of things, scheduled what needed to be done and tests before I left the first visit. And did what he said he was gonna do. Dr Hong and staff NEVER respond to patient portal messages like all my other doctors do. That lack of communication makes me distrust. Dr Hong himself, as a person, is great. His patient portal is totally useless.
Dr. Hong is in the top one percent of his field in Pain Management! I am grateful to have been directed to him from one of his patients, very through and he does Listen to you
If I could give zero stars I would. This place and these drs do not care about the patient. What a waste of time and money. They only care about covering their a$$es. Nothing they did helped. I wouldn't expect much from this place, especially if you're trying to reach them by phone, good luck on that!
