Where to start! I saw Dr Lian in April of 2026 for a pinched nerve in my neck. I had recently had a stent put in so I can’t have surgery right now so I’m doing pain management. He sent in a prescription for pain but didn’t authorize it I guess and my insurance wouldn’t pay for it! My husband called his office and they said they would take care of it and never did! I just started going to this doctor in December. The medical assistant for William Lian is rude, unprofessional, does not do a thorough job, and has a smart mouth. I recently broke my ankle and was admitted into the hospital, she had the nerve to say she called, and they did not admit me. You don't make up discharge paperwork, procedures, and the hospital sends home health out daily. When I spoke to the hospital, they stated she was lying, and even called on a conference call. Dr. Hong and Lucus IS EVERYTHING! Another doctor referred me to Dr. Hong and I am so grateful he was accepting new patients. He spends time with you, gets to know you, and listens! He is managing my pain and addressed all of my other concerns. Thank you, Dr. Hong and all of his staff. And his nurse is the best also! Update! I had to have surgery and emergency surgery 2x in the last month. I did not go pick up the meds the surgeon called in, and I called Dr. Hong this morning. I am giving a 3 only because Dr Hong is great and he alone would get 5 stars. However the office staff needs a lot of improvement. I saw Dr Hong 2 weeks ago and he order spinal injections. The scheduler was trying to get approval at the wrong facility and only after I called and corrected it did it get sent to approval at the correct facility . I have spoken with the schedular and the office manager who promised to return calls and never did. THE STAFF would get a zero if I could.
Dr. He is so compassionate and an excellent physician.
