Do Not contact this attorney's office if you did not lose your entire arm or leg or if you are not dealing with the loss of a loved one. They advertise it no cases too small but my career ending injury to a finger was not enough for them to even talk to me. Their phone operator called me and within five minutes, said it was not worth dealing with for them. They have a big name but they only take big cases so just remember that when you contact them.

I had a personal injury case with Thomas J. Henry, and Mr Chiraq Desai handled my case - he was awesome - Mr. Desai was exceptional on all levels - his communication with me, as his client, was exceptional - never ever a problem with reaching him with a concern - he was very compassionate, kind, extremely professional - very caring, and did an amazing job for me with my case - I was very impressed with his legal expertise - he truly went over and above to help me and did an amazing job for me on all levels.....

It took 3 years for my case to conclude and after paying for medical expenses, this lawyer made more than I did, since they take their portion out first. I will never use this lawyer again and will never refer him to anyone.
