We utilized Thomas J Hamel Esq for a simple cash property sale in 2012 come to find out in 2021 when the property was to change hands again that the 2012 transaction was not done properly and it took over a year to get it corrected and finally able to handle the additional transaction. Poor communication, No sense or urgency! I would not recommend.
