Poor phone etiquette, refused our business, hung up on us without asking ONE question. Not professional at all.
I called today to ask if they were able to help me file my k-1 from a partnership that has been dissolved only to be hung up on twice. When I called back for the third time a female answered and would not tell me the name of the male who had just hung up on me twice. She "didn't feel it was necessary for me to know".
