Dr. Cassidy is incredible ! He is an absolute pleasure to speak too … I wish I could say the same about Ann Marie . She is the business manager and out of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life . The way she speaks to patients is completely out of line and disgusting. HMH should be embarrassed to have this woman as an employee. My only hope is more people speak up about her appalling behavior and she gets fired .
I really like Dr. Cassidy & his staff. I’ve never had a problem with making appointments when I had a problem.
I always enjoy my visits at this practice. I do not get that going to the doctor feeling ever with my appointments with Lisa. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable every single time. So happy to have found her!
