Such bad experience to use them for my recent closing. I had to chase them for every step. One day before closing, the lawyer was charging my case vanished, I have to chase the office and give final warning if not provide number then I have to postpone the closing. My feeling was exhausted during the time work with them.
If your seller uses this attorney’s office, PLEASE RUN from the deal while you have a chance! They will not return your Earnest Money.
