It is pitiful that your team cannot provide the info necessary so that we can book a load with your insured. First call was answered. We were transferred to Molly and immediately got her VM. Second call was answered and immediately disconnected. Every call after that went unanswered, even after trying extension. If you're shopping for cargo coverage, I'd recommend finding a different agent. These folks seem to want to play games and cost their insureds loads.
As we were calling around to try and reduce our insurance bill, we happened upon this agency and worked with Michelle H. Our experience has been amazing and they saved us a ton of money. They're professional and respond quickly via email or phone. I'm incredibly happy that we got in touch with Acrisure and I highly recommend this agency!!
