Tom provides excellent and timely service and is easy to get in contact with when you need him. Having access to rates for all insurance carriers, he is able to recommend which carrier will best meet our needs in any given year. In the past couple years when the insurance market has seen dramatically high rate hikes, his recommendations have allowed us to keep the annual costs of our insurance premiums at reasonable levels and avoid significant increase in costs. Gary is amazing. Truly a professional that makes sure you are covered. I have insurance with a lot of places and usually never even speak with them. He is not like that. He makes sure he understands what you need and even made recommendations on things I needed but didn't know. Gary is stuck with me now.
