Great experience. My first time using a mobile mechanic. Needed a timing belt and water pump replaced that I had been putting off due to not wanting to deal with the middle keys shops I had been to before. Thomas communicated well and executed the job.
Great work and service from Thomas and his wife! This is 2 week post service everything is working great. Our water pump on our vehicle failed on the road, had to get it towed home. The car was inoperable and I would have had to get it towed shop to shop to figure things out. Thomas came by, diagnosed the issue, made optional recommendations as well. Thomas is really a cut above ! Not only did he fix my problem , he went out of his way to get the part on a Sunday before Labor Day! He communicated well with text and calls and delivered the repair all the way from Key West! Our Knight in Shinning Armor came to our rescue as we vacationed in the Keys ! I met Thomas and wife for a mobile car parts install, a replacement new front CV axle for my Mercedes SUV classic and it went quite well. Thomas is an experienced & skilled mechanic that has & brought all the tools necessary; he installed my replacement new drivers front speed sensor gratis and used his diag. tool to clear out the codes. I was able to drive & get home w/ my cruise control working again ! I can’t begin to explain what an amazing experience we had with this family owned operated business. Broken down on the side of a road with grandchildren was not a good situation in a newer vehicle. Thomas and his wife are not only some of the most professional people I’ve met, but they are also the salt of this earth . They treated us very fair we are forever grateful for them. These guys rock, I would never even hesitate to reach out to them again
