Initial impression is disappointing. The office manager, Leroy, was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude because I was not there 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. When I explained that I did not schedule the appointment myself—it was scheduled by hospital staff at the time of my recent discharge—it made no difference.
