I would give it 5 stars but I was in alot of pain and it took a really long time to see anyone once in the e.r room itself. The girls up front were nice and quick though.
The emergency department handled my injury in great fashion: quickly, thoroughly, and with compassion. Highly recommended.
Do not waste your time here. Especially if Andre H. Doucet is the provider in charge. This place is an absolute joke & you will not be taken seriously! The doctor mansplained a diagnosis I could have completed with a simple google search & then sent me on my way problem untreated.
Terrible staff all around, waited 3 hours for a 15 minute covid test, ended up leaving and just buying one from the store.
